HT5 metal version / alternatives

Hello friends, I'm lucky enough that the HT V5 knock-off I got fits me almost perfect besides some occasional pinching caused by my very tight scrotum. However, I was considering to upgrade to metal. Since there is no original metal version, do any of you have experience with the steel knock-offs that are available across the market? Or do you know any metal alternatives that are close to the HT design but maybe easier to clean?
