Newbie looking for advice

Hey all,
I am new to chastity and have found quite a comfortable cage. I would like to start sleeping in the cage but i dont really know how to go about it at all, as much as i enjoy having my dick locked away i would rather not have it fall off 😅. Is it a case of gradually increasing the time i am locked during daylight hours or is there something else i can do ?
Any help will be greatly appreciated
