Making Chinese "sissy" belts more wearable.

I have yet to find a Chinese knockoff belt that doesn't have some issues. My favorite is the knockoff of the FancySteel Sissy chastity belt, but even that has some room for improvement. Many of these steps can be applied to other cable and hybrid belts as well, including female belts.

As the belt comes out of the SpeedPak packaging, the tubing lays flat against the front of the bottom of the cage, which makes urination unnecessarily messy, even in the best of circumstances. Fortunately, the tubing is sturdy enough that it can be bent without causing it to kink. I've found that a kitchen counter with a 2" radius is robust enough for this. We don't need to bend it that much; pounding on it with a rubber mallet while singing the Anvil Chorus a couple times should move it enough to provide a clear path for the urine. This also makes the tubing lay a bit flatter against the taint.

As I've mentioned in another thread, depending on your particular anatomical aspects, the tubing may be a bit too long to put the anal ring in the right place. This can be cut short with a rotary tool and an abrasive cutoff disc. Fiber discs will get the job done, but expect to wear through a couple and maybe shatter them; a steel diamond disc will do a lot better. Once you've gotten about halfway through, you should be able to worry it loose with a pair of pliers.

The penis half-tube is only tack welded at the corners, leaving sharp edges that can irritate soft flesh in all the wrong ways. Add a bead of two-part epoxy along the inside; the edges of the half-tube are rough enough that they'll provide positive purchase for the epoxy. Once the epoxy has set, sand it smooth and work your way up to at least 600 grit for a skin-friendly surface. The ends of the tubes are usually undressed, which can wear the wire rope. Using a conical grinding stone on a rotary tool should smooth those edges out in short order. I'd do this on every single fitting.

If the wire rope is a bit too long once you have the belt fitted, do not cut it short unless you have the equipment to braze the cut ends. The ends are usually brazed and bulleted to prevent fraying. Most cable-only belts will accommodate the excess wire in the silicone tubing, but if you have a hybrid belt, lash the excess to the waistband with electrical tape.

That's about all the improvements I can think of that I've applied to my belts. Please let me know in the comments if you have any other suggestions.
