Uncaged Erection Pain

After being locked for nearly a month, my first erection was painful. Not the erection itself, but rather the base of the penis when erected. If my penis was moved it was painful. Has this occurred to anyone? Should I be concerned? The lockup itself never resulted in a pain, and the flaccid penis was not painful. It’s not the next morning and seems the pain is gone, or at least very minimal. Thanks for any advice.
