First of all, I consider myself still somewhat new to chastity. I have been practicing it on and off for around a year now and I must say, self training is incredibly hard.

Anyway as the title said, I finally did it and im very proud of myself tbh.

I use a metal trainer with a cage length of 7cm and a 40mm steel ring after previously breaking out of a plastic one of the same size due to an incredibly strong night time erection. This is no joke, I strongly advise that you be very careful with plastic cages. In my experience I woke up to quite some pain but I am incredibly grateful that I wasn't injured as the plastic was very sharp. This is why I then opted for a metal cage for complete security and peace of mind.

I started by wearing the device at home to eventually out in public as well but while sleeping I could never go the entire night without waking, I had many nights where I would wake up needing to pee, sore and aching and sometimes I simply had to take off the device before returning to my slumber. Other times I would return to bed still wearing the device and wake up again a few hours later.

It has taken some time but not as long as I expected, that being said everyone's body is different. It took me around 2 weeks total on and off to achieve a full night. For example, I would attempt to sleep in the device but would wake up in a lot of pain resulting in me not to wear the device for a few days due to soreness.

Here is my proof that it can be done, Perseverance is key, forget the other one 😉

I just thought by sharing some of my own experiences it might motivate any Self Trainers out there to keep that cock where it belongs 🙂

Edit: I am hoping to eventually go down to a nub chastity device, is there anyone here successful in shrinking down from 7 inches? If so I have questions 😅
