Any advice for a newbie?

So I've ordered my first cage, I've pulled measurements using a rounded cord and found a cage close to my size. I've never been caged before and I plan on wearing it for long term possibly 2 weeks at a time and taking it off on the weekends (or should I keep it on and just keep it clean?) and cleaning it every 2-3 days. Is there anything I should look out for during long-term training? Thanks in advance for any tips, and advice on this matter ☺️
