Ordered my first cage and... it sucked.
Post Body

At first, I though the cage fit great. I loved wearing it and left my keys in a safe place so I couldn't give in at a moment of weakness. It felt like I was meant to be wearing it. On about the third day, I discovered that I could very easily slip out of the 45mm back ring on this cage. It completely ruined the experience for me. The whole point of the cage is that I'm trapped in it, and if I'm only pretending to be trapped, I may as well not wear one.

It's not really within my budget to get an expensive cage which promises no slip-outs right now, so my question is what can I look for in a budget cage that will make me truly trapped? I want to be unable to escape the cage, or it feels altogether pointless to wear it. Would a smaller back ring make a difference? Do differently shaped back rings (such as the square ones) make it harder to slip out? If the cage was smaller/shorter would it be easier or harder to slip out?

All help is appreciated.
