Are these rings compatible?

I currently have this chastity cage ( https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07KPCRFJ6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ), however the base ring is slightly too small, as it doesn't leave enough room between the bottom of the ring and the bottom the casing around my dick, so it clamps down on my balls.
I was wondering if these rings ( https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07TKY1M6H/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=ABSZRPC80RQGX&psc=1 ) would fit as a replacement. These appear to be the same type of ring, but I can't find any information on if the holes are the same distance apart on any ring, or if a 51mm ring would work with the 45mm cage I bought. Any help would be incredible!
