Looking for a full belt

Price, while not a non-issue, can it least be spender than a 20$ Chinese knockoff, though I can't really afford something comparable in price to a used car. I'm looking for a full belt with a jockstrap style rear (I know they exist somewhere). Stainless steel for obvious reasons. Anyone know of a place that sells stuff like this?
