Cheapest place to find those plastic locks with the numbers?

We'd like to try some daytime locking but we are a little paranoid about an emergency release at the office or something. I see I can get bags of 10 plastic locks on amazon for $10 but that seems like it will add up quickly if we want to remove the cage for cleaning even every other day.
Is there a cheaper bulk source for those things?
