This is the longest time I've ever been locked. I have been sleeping quite well with it on. My goal is to shrink a noticeable amount, I keep wanting to take it off to see if there's any progress but I don't want to lose the progress I've made by doing so 😅 I know I will need to clean soon so I will show the progress if there is any.
