Looking for help with long term chastity

I’ve been wanting to do long term chastity for a long time but struggle with a few things, one being underneath my balls my taint, tends to chief only an hour or two of wearing a cage. Any advice? Also is there any good way to hide wearing a cage while wearing pants/shorts while in boy mode? Anything helps :)
