Does anyone know if there's a metal equivalent to the elastic strap everyone like to use?

Using an elastic strap or even shoelace is good for keep the cage in place, but I'd love a more permanent, lockable, thing.
Inwaa thinking something like the femme chastity belts but on the waist part? And it somehow attaches to a cage?
Anyone have any suggestions?
