Are cages with catheters safe for beginners?

Post Body

I'm by no means new to chastity, but have never done any sounding/catheter before. I found a few good flat cages online that have attachments (screw into the front of the cage) and am interested in the catheter - would it be safe for a beginner to sounding to try? What should I look out for, or how should I be safe if I wanted to try it?

Thanks a lot :)
