I started with the metal cage(pic 2) and it was good but after awhile it hurt and seem too tight. When I ordered it I also order the black plastic cage(Pic1) which had a ring a little bigger. I started wearing it yesterday and love it. I ordered the next size down cage cause this one is a tad big making it difficult to pee. But I had no issue wearing it through the night last night except for waking up this morning and seeing how much I leaked.
