Why didn’t they ever make a repair spell…

Ok, so we all know how the Manor gets destroyed constantly and I just finished the show for the…10000000th time and I have to say. When they found out they could make their own spells, why didn’t they ever just cast a repair spell, I mean, I’m sure “The powers the be” could look the other way for one simple personal gain spell so they didn’t have to keep spending money, I sure Leo did a lot of the repairs, but still. I’m sure a repair spell by the charmed ones could fix everything well.
