Baby Ruthless is a spear hunter. Built from his years hunting various large game and would be bandits, Baby sports a lean frame with defined muscles. Baby's skin is bronze with white scarring across his body. Baby's hair is long, brown, and shaggy slightly covering his eyes in the front. Over his heart he has a tattoo of a turtle shell. Baby Ruthless wears native american style pants with oversized fur boots. Around his left wrist he has a bracelet with a single large fang attached to it. Strapped to his leg is a large hunting dagger.

While hunting, Baby ruthless becomes silent and predatory. Once he has cornered his prey or caught it unaware he strikes with savage and relentless blows. When he's not hunting he can be very cheerful engaging with others. Baby lives by survival of the fittest and doesn't quite grasp morality.
