Lameo Malatesta

Lameo is a skilled professional duelist with a flair for bombast, fighting with a rapier and main gauche. He's tall and thin, has shoulder length curly blond hair and is scrupulously clean shaven.

He wears a doublet with a high collar, knee-high boots, with a half-cape draped over one shoulder, and an enormous swashbuckler hat with a great big feather stuck in the folded up end. Think of the Three Musketeers, mid 17th-century fashion.

Backstory: Lameo was a relatively successful (that is to say still alive) duelist whose clientele included some of the most powerful fops in the city. Was. After making a few poor choices involving the daughter of his latest client, he was kidnapped, beaten, and anonymously carried out of the city and dumped without ceremony into the countryside to fend for himself.

Owing to his high charisma and dexterity scores and a stout stick, he was able to survive bandits and a few monsters long enough to make out of the wilderness and into something approximating civilization.
