Unable to perform synchronicity anymore

A couple of years ago I have been able to perform an experiment of synchronicity, being able to be sent to work in another country where a friend of mine, whom was showing herotic interest on me, was living.
The only “special” thing I did that I remember, excluding the reciprocal interest, was reading and sharing with her a page from the book I was reading at the time, “Dracula”.
Any suggestion on what could have helped the event? Just will? Or maybe “reciprocal will”?
