Iām sick of hearing that whatever āyouā donāt like isnāt natural. Everything that can occur in the universe is natural, because you literally canāt break the laws of physics.
As for human actions, would you really suggest that we arenāt part of nature? Weāre ultimately made from star dust, and operate under strict biological principles. Sure, some things arenāt ānormalā or within societal expectations, but every single action or event that can occur, can only do so because it is natural.
Weāre not separate from nature, nor are the things and effects we produce.
Nuclear bombs = natural
Homosexuality = natural
Plastic straws = natural
Airplanes = natural
War = natural
Man-made climate change = natural
Birth control = natural
I could go on. Natural does not connote ethical, moral, or societal values, nor should it. People have to figure that stuff out for themselves, and it would help to realize that we are a part of nature.
tl;dr: Everything that can occur is natural, otherwise it couldnāt occur.
