I’ll keep this short, I’m one of the littles that needs to body double with someone to get some tasks done.
Sometimes I get distracted by something I find, a thought, hunger, where something goes- aka just bouncing from room to room. A phone call while I do a few chores really helps and once I see progress you can probably sneak away while I do a little bit more.
Coincidentally, I have a lot of chores that I need to do. But first I’ll be going on a walk then having breakfast lol.
I guess a tall energy drink could maybe possibly sorta kinda help?
