I am having a little trouble establishing a routine or a structured schedule if you will. My day to day is always changing and recently I’ve graduated again so no more classes but I do have state exams to study for—— so I guess those time blocks could still be used for academics.
Sometimes I just slip into the chaos and procrastination cycle bc I’m so used to working under pressure/stress and I definitely wanna not do that anymore. I need help creating and following something that is mentally and physically beneficial to me.
Where I can handle my adult responsibilities and then indulge in my guilt free little time as I get true free time (and not procrastinating a thing or three).
I’m 27, with a high stress job where I’m responsible for other humans—— by the end of the day I have decision fatigue and if I don’t make it to the gym, I just want to sit and rot.
I’m from NC, I’m Christian (so yes I’m waiting if that’s a problem)—— if you’re not available to be my caregiver/daddy, a mentor that gives advice is also welcome.
Help!
Ps. Also I’d like little friends and if you’re also Christian, double whammy!
