Hihii everyone,
I could use some advice on how to manage feelings of wanting to cuddle, but not being able to express or engage in it.
Some context, I have a really high need for cuddling, both giving and receiving little gestures of physical affection and such. Additionally, I'm at a stage in my life where I find it difficult to navigate certain social interactions so that doesn't help either..
Right now I try to handle it by surrounding myself with soft textures, which is something I've always done - such as stuffies, blankets, etc. but it I feel that it's not enough to fulfil that need.
Mainly asking how I could manage it by myself right now, as I know that finding someone with similar needs would help.
