Advice for a little with ptsd chronic anxiety and panic attacks ?

I don't have a caregiver and in the past none would really help me with this at all( in fact they would run from it ) so I was just wondering how a caregiver would help their little if they suffered from this daily? My hypervigilance is the worst and most painful. Any advice or how you would care for them or activities or try to help heal them? And any littles with these issues how do you find relief? Any self care tips would be appreciated. 🧸 Thanks in advance!
