hey folks! I wanna start by apologizing if this post is only barely coherent, if this is CFS I'm having one of my worst flares currently, if its not I'm incredibly worried. Ive been diagnosed with cfs for about a year and generally my symptoms have been fatigue, muscle weakness, tremors, drowsiness, and inability to focus. today, I'm feeling a lot of pressure between my nose, eyes, and forehead, along with all of my normal symptoms. I have also been having an extra hard time ordering my words and syllables today. I don't have a headache or congestion. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had this feeling/knows what it is? the internet seems to think its migraines but I don't have any pain so I don't know. any help is really greatly appreciated I'm super worried.

edit: I should note that I also have fibromyalgia
