I’m primarily home and bed bound. Usually I’m in bed and/or asleep about 18-20 hours a day.
When I’m awake, I don’t really have the energy or brainpower to do anything.
Scrolling on my phone, I run out of material and brainpower. Watching tv, I get too tired to follow along. Reading a book, too tired to absorb the words. I try meditation (both guided and not) sometimes, but I can’t do that full time. Took up scrap journaling because at least I can put stickers on a piece of paper lying down, but guess what? Usually too tired for that too.
Sleepy on the other hand, not always the case. I drift in and out, and sometimes I feel wide awake. Just no energy or brainpower.
I’m getting really good at staring at the walls and ceiling.
What do you do to keep from going mad??
