I want to find the person that I get to spend the rest of my life with. That's the goal. Not only to have romance and intimacy, but to also be best friends. I'm an independent person but honestly, shit gets REALLY boring and lonely when you don't have someone to share stuff with. Especially experiences.

Ok. So, that's the "meat and potatoes" of what I'm here for. What about the accoutrements? We're getting to that. Who TF am I?

I'm a guy that loves humor and comedy. Words cleverly strung together make me laugh regardless of the context. I also love a good conversation. Whether it's just talking about random bullshit or something more in-depth like philosophy or why we changed from gold to fiat currency, I like to talk. I'm always curious and interested in information. Documentaries, interviews, true crime, shows like "Soft White Underbelly", and podcasts are a regular part of my everyday.

I'm big on movies and films. There's a difference. I also love music and have been to more shows than I can count. Lots of rock, metal, alternative, prog, pop, electronic, hip hop, and basically anything that I think sounds good. Definitely listening to music loud in the car.

Anyways, that's just a few things. Here's some important info. I have no kids. And I won't be having any either. I'm snipped so that's not even a possibility anymore. Parenting just ain't for me. I've never been married, 100% single, and I have no interest in poly relationships, situationships, or anything that falls short of a monogamous and committed relationship. I live in California for now but I either want to move to Humboldt County on the coast or possibly another state that's colder. LDR is ok as long you'd be willing to possibly relocate.

I don't have any specific criteria for anyone concerning looks. As long as I find you attractive, that's all that matters. Obviously, I want click with you and have a similar sense of humor. I really like quirky goofballs that don't take themselves too seriously. But I'm cool with someone that's more down-tempo like I am. As long as you can have fun and enjoy our time together, it'll be fine.

There's one characteristic that might be the absolute most important to me though. You ABSOLUTELY MUST be able to show your feelings and affection. If one of your love languages is touch, that's a great start. I give out a lot of love and praise and I need that energy reciprocated. Physically, intimately, playfully, romantically...all of the above. It's extremely important.

You gotta love animals cuz I already have two cats and if I move somewhere with land, dogs would be nice. It's also fine if you're an introvert but I do still want to go to shows of different kinds and things like food festivals or Ren Fairs sometimes. So, if you can't handle being somewhat adventurous or getting outdoors, it probably won't work out long term.

Everything else is just details. I'm a very easy person to talk to. But don't message me just to make me carry the whole conversation and you only give me short answers. Put in effort. Actually try. Believe me, you'll get all that effort put right back into making you happy too.
