Hello, hello! Welcome to my post where I take a chance on finding my special someone. I appreciate those who take the time to read what I've written.

My basic stats:

• 24-year old woman residing on the east coast of the United States.
• Medium brown complexion, dark brown eyes, dark brown hair, two piercings, one small tattoo, big glasses. Curious?
• Stature of 5'6" (167cm). Chubby body type ^{which is a work in progress.}
• Politically left-leaning.
• Non-religious.
• Has two dogs. A ten-year old miniature pinscher and a goldador puppy.
• Doesn't drink, smoke or do drugs.

Personality & interests:

• Seemingly shy upon meeting, though that shyness eases as I become comfortable with someone.
• My personality tends to be a combination of silliness and seriousness. I enjoy lighthearted, witty and dry humor – darker humor is acceptable too, though there's always a limit. ☺
• I prefer to be as straightforward and honest as possible – and I prefer compassionate honesty as opposed to brutality.
• I can be a ^little bit sensitive ^{at times} due to experiences from my past ^{which I am working on,} therefore if you dislike "sensitive people" or "people who do take themselves a little bit seriously," I am totally not for you! I am not a wreck, but I like to be able to talk about emotions in a nonjudgmental space. I see it as a wonderful opportunity for connection and understanding. In other words, I love meaningful and lengthy conversations.
• I most enjoy landscape photography. I enjoy traveling, sightseeing and I've come to enjoy hiking as well. Though I'm mostly a homebody, I would love to change that with the right person. I mostly listen to electronic or alternative rock music. My most-watched genres are thriller, horror, mystery and romance. Last but not least, I enjoy video games and anime as much you'd imagine any stereotypical Reddit user does.

Looking for:

• Ideally, someone I can relate to on an emotional level and develop a meaningful, monogamous relationship with. To experience the fullest extent of love and life with, through good times and bad times.
• Someone who is similar to me where it matters (similar values, similar goals and interests).
• Someone who I can be my authentic self around without judgment.
• Someone who is trustworthy, honest and empathetic. Self-awareness and emotional intelligence are wonderful traits.
• Someone who values loyalty, monogamy, displays of affection and communicating openly and frequently.
• Someone who is completely single and emotionally available. ^{i.e. has been single for quite some time, isn't recovering from a past relationship, doesn't have any romantic attachment or ongoing physical entanglement with anyone else.}
• Someone who isn't addicted to harmful substances or media.
• Someone who sees marriage in their future but does not see children in their future. ^{And doesn't have any pre-existing offspring!}
• Someone who is based in either the United States, Canada or Europe. ^{Additionally, please have the capability to visit in person every so often and the capability to eventually close the distance between us.}
