Hey! I'm Pat - a complete nerd living in New York (about 30ish minutes outside NYC). I've got an awesome life, and the only thing that'd make it better was someone to share it with.

Who I am:

• This is me! - yes, all those pictures. Including the last one.
• Well, like I said, a complete nerd - my past three weekends have gone: D&D game early viewing of the D&D Movie one week, then a LARP (it was below freezing at night and we probably covered 20 miles and it was SO MUCH FUN I'm doing it again in a couple weeks), and this past weekend ten of my friends and I rented a house and played boardgames all weekend. Every part of this is a complete win to me.
• Passionate about baseball, namely the Mets!
• I've got a great job, I own my own home, and I do a pretty good job of being an adult during the weekdays so I can enjoy life the rest of the time.
• Very novice cook! I actually redid my kitchen last year, and I've been doing a bit more cooking since. I'd be happy to learn more. I've always been a bit of a picky eater - I've begun branching out a bit more in recent years, but I do love my familiar favorites.
• I've got one cat (who I will happily share more pictures of) - I actually always considered myself a dog person growing up, then I wound up with a cat anyway. She's my furry best buddy.
• I don't want any (non-furry) children. I love being an uncle, but one of the best parts about that job is giving the kids back at the end of the day. I just don't see myself being happy as a full time parent.
• I don't smoke (anything), and I mostly don't drink. Never been my thing; I don't mind at all if you drink, though I'm not really a fan of smoking in general.
• Atheist, very liberal, and pro LGBTQIA , and not 100% gender conforming - my Ren Faire garb is completely female (there's a picture in my album) and I enjoy an occasional day out and about that way. I normally present male, I'm not planning to transition, but gender's a spectrum and I like to play around with it. I know that's not for everyone when it comes to a partner, so I do like to be up front about it; of course, if you're bi/pan, maybe that's a bonus?

Who I'm looking for:

I'd love to find someone who shares a lot of my interests - I've found those are the relationships I'm happiest in. Someone who is happy curling up on the couch to binge watch a show, or go in to the city to check out a museum, or meet up with friends for a game night. I'd love it if our special events were things like conventions and Ren Faires, a Broadway show or opening night of a Marvel movie, or a trip to Disney World - and if you're a baseball fan and want to go catch a game, that's awesome, too!

I listed this post as Male for Female, but really, Male for Femme. So far I've only dated ciswomen, but I'm open to anyone who identifies or presents feminine. Transwomen are women, and if you're a femme-leaning enby, I'd love to get to know you as well!

Most importantly, I'd like to meet someone who is happy with who they are as a person right now or is on the path to becoming happy with themselves, and is looking for someone to make a great life better. I'd prefer someone in my general area (Say, within two hours of NYC-ish), but if you think we'd be a great match and you're farther than that, say hi!
