Hello,
I have been trying to withdraw for the last 10 days or so, first with SEPA (only to be told that CEX is not allowed to send funds from their account??) and then a normal bank transfer that was cancelled, with no information given (but the fee was taken i notice, at least a *WHY* is expected if you want to claim that money, I'd like some proof that it was attempted)
Please contact me for my account number, I'm a long term member so this lack of customer service is shocking. I've kept the 'help' chat open for a few days at a time with no hint that the messages are being read.
Seriously guys, what is going on.
