So, I’m 28 and this dude that’s 10yrs younger than me that works with me. My problem is he figured out I smoked during lunch in my car. That was 3 months ago. I don’t mind that, but dude has only pitched into the sesh like 4-6 times. We do this every day. Monday - Friday.

I’m too nice and i have real bad anxiety with confrontation. I want to tell the dude to either put in every time or he has to dip out. How do I put it without being an asshole? I know this is weird but when I do get into a confrontational situation Im always put out as the asshole. So, what do I do?
