Combination of knob & tube and modern wiring?

Hey all, Has anyone else come across a combination of wiring in their century home? I just opened a cover on the wall to find this strange wiring ... I was told the whole house had been re-wired when I bought it, but Iām starting to wonder if there are other hot k&t wires in my walls..!
