Just wanted to chime in after joining - new 1835 home owner in New Orleans

Bought a house this summer in the Bywater. Currently rented until we can move into it in two years. House is in pretty solid condition with usual wear and tear. Starting my list... I know I need sills work and I know windows need restoration... more to come on the rest lol.
If you're in NOLA and have any hot tips or advice, I'm open.
