Home of the largest Victorian neighborhood in the US, if I'm not mistaken
We've looked at some amazing homes built in the late 1800's and frankly, I'm feeling a bit out of my depths about all of this
Resources about obtaining and maintaining such a home would be amazing. E.g. what to look for when appraising, etc
Edit: just want to add that I don't need advice regarding the geographic area, I'm beyond aware the issues Kentucky faces and thankfully, Lousiville doesn't reflect ALL of those struggles. Or at least, not as strongly. And sadly, it's not really much of a choice. Trust me when I say Louisville was never on my list for places to live, but we do what we must. So, let's at least get a dope place to stay.
