Howdy!
So for a long time, I've always done what was suggested and listened to a podcast on the "right" and the "left" to get a good picture of what each side has to say and what is going on in the world. For the right, I listened to the Ben Shapiro Show. For the left, The David Pakman Show.
And...
I can't take either anymore! For the EXACT same reason. Both use pretty inflammatory language and mock the other side relentlessly and make fun of them. I know that is good for ratings, but I just can't take the negativity anymore and talking about the other side like they are so far gone and like they lack either decency, sense, rationality, or whatever it is. I hate the constant talking down and making the other side seem like the stupider enemy.
Anyways, are there any daily news podcasts that don't do this? I could go for a centrist podcast, one that shows each side of the argument, or find a new podcast for each side that isn't so bad about those types of things. I feel like Tulsi Gabbards new podcast might be good for that, but it isn't a daily show and it also is going to be about life, not just politics. I am only looking for politics.
Joe Rogan recommended the Hill's Rising. That seemed okay but wasn't really a podcast. I'll have to listen to more of that though.
Thanks!
