Hello, my mom is visiting this weekend and we want to go out to eat. Her doctor recently suggested she go on a low sodium diet. I really don't pay attention to my sodium intake, so I really couldn't tell you whether most dishes are high or low sodium. Which types of restaurants would be good for her new diet? Do some restaurants have low sodium options?
