Asking for a friend. Please Excuse my limited knowledge about the subject.
My friend has been running a small cctv installation business for few years Recently in of our discussion I asked him about his plans going further. He mentioned he wants to get into enterprise level installation but he doesn’t have experience and a pathway to go there. So, I thought I would ask at reddit from experts.
Can anyone suggest/guide ways for him to expand his small cctv installation business to enterprise level? Currently he and his one employee install Hikvision, dahua mostly for residential clients.
