As there are lots of people posting about these two exams and the related Study Materials, perhaps a centralized place would be better to have a discussion on this.

But you all are going to do the work! (Since I am not studying for either of these)

Post your recommendations along with relevant info (e.g. is it text, is it video, what does it cost, etc), and I'll periodically go through and update this with the results of your collaborative efforts.

Also, go ahead and post questions to each-other about the materials if you have it.

If we can get something reasonable going, we can update/add wiki information, or generate periodic sticky threads to consolidate discussion for these topics.
