I'm going through the BGP Communities lesson on NetworkLessons.com, and it has a scenario we in which a customer router is connected to an ISP, and that ISP is connected to two other ISPs, one in Europe and one elsewhere. It has a community value option to prepend its AS four times routes leading to the European ISP for customers that choose to use a certain community value. But given that different customers may have different customized requirements besides AS prepending (or even different expectations for prepending, like 3 prepends instead of 4), how does the ISP overcome the limitation of one route map per neighbor (per direction)? Thank you.
