The only things that really caught me off guard were mac address related questions. Otherwise I was expecting not to do great in the maintenance part and specific services. Pretty sure I got knocked down for not being too knowledgeable on LAN protocols.
LAN Switching 56%
Routing 76%
WAN 80%
Infrastructure Services 13%
Infrastructure Maintenance 33%
I used Netacad with my local community college. Due to problems and so on with the department and school the classes were online and the teacher previously taught at my school during my first round of college. We used Netlab and Packet Tracer for labs.
Also used the Exam Cram book for review and get an idea of what I needed to study. CTB Nugget videos for background noise at my general labor job with Fedex Ground. Also went deep into the Official Cert Guide once and glanced over it for whatever I thought I really needed to study on.
Peak / holiday season is almost here and I recently got onto a bonus full time shift at work. 10 hour days plus driving between shifts, my first shift at 2am, and rush hour for going home after the second shift. So I plan to save up money for a fuel efficient SUV (Subaru?) since I will probably spend most of my time in rush hour after I leave Fedex Ground.
If / when I find time I plan to study and get the LPI Linux Essentials certification since that's better than saying "Yah I took a intro to Unix class that was all based on cli and played with Linux desktop a little. Along with playing with Linux in Intro To Servers class."
