So I failed by about the slimmest of margins so I still got plenty of time to pass before the old exam goes away. I had one question on troubleshooting a serial link between two router that I just had no clue upon. The connecting serial interfaces appeared to be on the same subnet, but I had no clue what would be the answer in that I honestly can't say that I have had a need in any real environment to troubleshoot serial interfaces.
One thing I found interesting is that I didn't see any questions upon IPv6. Obviously I didn't expect more than a question or two as IPv4 gets obviously far more attention in the exam outline, but as it is growing in importance I would think that the exam would want to make sure we know something about IPv6.
