My setup. Stinks

What can I do to improve things? I weigh over 300 pounds so going up into my attic is not going to happen since my fat ass can’t fit through the hole.
I could potentially put something on the exterior of my home, but it would have to be not a big antenna or my neighbors would go bananas.
Is there something that I can lean up next to my house? Or attached to my gutters from the ground all the way up the gutters?
Looking for some ideas. I am in flatland near St. Croix, Minnesota.
