Bit more advice wanted

It turns out I can mount an antenna on top of my roof. I would like to know what radio under $200 would be best for a base station set up if such a thing even exist.
Hopefully somebody can also recommend the power supply to get with it as well. I would really appreciate Amazon links or store links to what it is I need. Thank you very much.
