Help with setup. I’m new to these radios. (Read body)

A friend of mine recently gave me his old Cobra radio. He said it worked last time he used it, I ordered a power cable for it, and he’s gonna bring me the mic later today. What else do I need to set it up and how do I do so? (Antenna is on top of the truck already)
