I’m thinking about buying a cbr 300 but I have questions

I bought a Honda Navi about 6 months ago and I’m ready to upgrade. I was thinking about a ninja 400 or Yamaha r3 but the only dealer near me is Honda and it got me thinking about a 300. However, and I know this is such a minor complaint but I hate the way only one light shines on it. How cheap/easy is that gonna be to fix? My second question concern is I’m 5’1, can I lower the bike? Do any of you have the 300? If so Do you wish you had gotten something different? This is gonna be my bike for the next couple years.
