Recieved a call back from the hiring center.

They called me back. Apparently everybody has been calling about transfers lol said it was the question of the day.
They said:
I have to report to Kentucky for conversation with chain of command before I leave to the academy. - 3 years before I am eligible for a transfer according a rule - Then it’s possible 12 months based on seniority .
