Fitness test reschedule

I have an appointment this Friday for my fitness test however I was just seen in the ER for a severe sinus infection that’s causing me terrible migraines anytime I do any physical activity. I was advised by the doctor to try and reschedule my appointment but is that possible, has anyone had to do that before?
