I'm highly athletic, have a busy, physically demanding blue collar job and maintain a relatively healthy diet. I stretch before and after work, and avoid palm/seed oils.I don't really care for medication to treat ADHD or MDD, I work and live through it, not a massive concern. I serious varicose veins in one leg, which can cause cramping, or numbness from time to time. At my current weight/muscle mass, sleep is broken due to soreness and dead limbs, especially at camp for work, but losing muscle mass is difficult due to my job, and if I do, work becomes harder. Among other things.
I guess to sum it up, I get muscle inflammation, have issues sleeping, mental stuff that could be helped, and poopy veins in a leg that causes issues.
I've heard that CBD can be anti inflammatory, a great sleep aid, and heard of miracles when it comes to certain physical ailments (arthritis, tendonitis etc), and can help with mental/chemical disorders/imbalances.
If I could find a starting point, or get recommendations, and if it even helps on of the issues it's be worth implementing in my life, but don't want to go in blind, and waste time and money.
