Cats keep throwing up

I have two male cats both around the age of 9 months. Since last week they’ve been throwing up food constantly. They both behave normally, no hiding or negative interactions ect. We thought we have been giving them to much food so we started giving them less with no results. I’m not sure what to do. I’ve made a vet appointment for tomorrow but I was hoping maybe for some advise before hand. Anything helps, thanks
