My cat was spayed almost a year ago and her fur hasn't grown back....

Where she was shaved for the surgery, she has only grown back a small tuft of fur in the middle of the shaved area. The rest of the fur has not grown back. Should I address this with her vet or is there something I could do at home to help her fur grow back? https://imgur.com/Wr8JSRz.jpg
